Read More UNIVERSUS is the Lead Coordinating Partner (LCP) of the project and will be responsible for the overall project implementation and regular contacts with Erasmus Programme management structures. It will ensure both technical and financial managing coordination of the whole project. He will appoint the Project Manager (PM) and Project Manager Assistant (PMA) for the Coordination aspect of the project, as well as the Technical Coordinator Manager (TCM) as responsible for the specific tasks entrusted within the project. It will monitor and ensure the correspondence of the expenditures and the outputs delivered by the project partners. It is also responsible for leading the Project Steering Committee and all the coordination structures (TCMs of each partner), will check and assess the respecting of the shared responsibility of project tasks. The LCP will deal also with the collection of the outputs of the project, physical and statistical data that are needed for project monitoring as well as for the interim and final appraisals. LCP will ensure, in collaboration with partners, the promotion activities and will provide support to their preparation. It will deal also with legal and administrative set-up of the project. It will be Lead organization for the WP1, WP2 and WP6. The staff of LCP will also take part in all the other activities foreseen in the project, ensuring full and active participation.

Read More Idea75, valuing its great experience in managing interaction processes between researchers, university and enterprises, will be the Leading Organization of WP7 which main objective is to define the structure and the organization of an Observatory HEIs/SMEs/INDUSTRY ASSOCIATIONS to be created to support the GIENAHS Consortium in expanding and consolidating its network after the lifetime of the project. Read More Anglia Ruskin will lead WP8 “Proactive control and continuous project monitoring and evaluation”. Valuing a consolidated experience in international projects, it will constantly ensure the correct implementation of the monitoring and evaluation activities in all project phases iteratively giving feedbacks to all responsible partners. It will ensure the internal project assessments, being active either within executive project planning, either during the implementation of each steps/tasks, until the end of the project in the finalizing outputs/outcomes steps.
